Hi, I'm Olha Novikova, a designer with a background in branding, UX, and public interest design. For six years, I've worked with NGOs, startups, established organizations, and individuals to create systems, stories, and experiences that feel clear, purposeful, and human.

That's meant building structured, evidence-based research practices from the ground up inside a large organization. Designing accessible data visualizations and reporting tools used by real people making real decisions. Conducting the user research and stakeholder facilitation that turn evidence into decisions institutions can actually act on.

Outside of work, I recharge through travel, music, handwritten letters, and homemade cherry dumplings.
